Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, Nestera offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

Change of Mind Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that they:

• Have not been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
• Have not been exposed to poultry, livestock, or contamination risks.
• Are returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
• Include all parts, accessories, and documentation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed.

Assembled or Used Products

If a product has been assembled, installed, used outdoors, exposed to animals, or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, Nestera may reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.

Biosecurity & Hygiene

Due to biosecurity and animal welfare considerations, products exposed to poultry, livestock, animal waste, bedding materials, parasites, pests, or disease risks may be subject to reduced refunds or may not be suitable for resale.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If goods arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us promptly.

Transit damage should ideally be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Where products are found to be faulty, Nestera will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Return Authorization

Please contact Customer Support before returning any item. Order details and photographs may be requested to help process your claim.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of inspection of returned goods and will be issued to the original payment method.

Predator Protection Disclaimer

Nestera products are designed to help protect poultry against common predators when properly assembled and maintained. However, no poultry housing system can guarantee complete protection from predators or prevent all losses.

Automatic door openers and related equipment may be affected by power interruptions, battery issues, mechanical failures, environmental conditions, connectivity issues, user error, or other circumstances beyond Nestera’s control.

Customers remain responsible for monitoring their poultry and ensuring appropriate husbandry and security measures are maintained.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
